Whats In My Gym Bag?

For the past two years, I have really been focused on self-wellness. I prioritized going to the gym and making sure I

was eating a lot healthier. The first thing I noticed after making these changes, were how my mood and overall energy, completely increased. There are so many benefits to eating healthier, and when I say, “eating healthier”, I don’t mean eating absolutely perfect 24/7. What I do mean, is that you should be eating proteins and greens, and every now and then indulge in a little something sweet. We are not perfect and neither is the fitness model that says otherwise.

I decided to write about, what was in my gym bag, and share with you all the products I found essential for my pre/post workout. Besides having that “statement piece” gym bag, what’s inside the bag, is important as well. I put together a few pictures of things I think are a must, to carry in my bag. The first items I always have on me are my boxing gloves and wraps. My absolute favorite workout at the gym, is one- on-one boxing. What workouts do you like to do? (let me know in the comments below.) I have tried every workout, out there, and couldn’t seem to find the right one that motivated me to get out of bed every morning, until I tried boxing. After taking just one class, I fell in love with it and now two years later, I still feel the same. The next thing I bring is my Ted Baker mini bag, which has:

- Coconut Mint Drop fragrance mist by Bath and Body Works, this mist is definitely a must for all those who love that refreshing coconut smell.

- Iris Bleu & Iris Blanc hand cream mini by L’Occitane, a mini cream I can’t live without! This hand cream is great for on the go and smells stunning. The formula is so creamy and leaves your hands baby soft.

- Umbrian Clay oil-free Lotion by Fresh, is my favorite everyday face lotion, especially during the winter months. No one likes flakey skin, especially if you are going to be workout with no makeup on, you want to make sure your skin looks healthy and refreshed. I heard about Fresh two years ago and have been hooked on their products since. Besides smelling good, they have so many natural based products that truly work.

- Coconut Water Cleansing Wipes by Sephora, are an essential when it comes to my gym bag. I don’t know about you, but after working out, I have a full face of sweat! I love to use these wipes to cleanse my face from all the dirt, oils, and sweat, leaving it fresh and clean.

- Mario Badescu travel size spray. Check out my last blog post, where I talk about this amazing product.

Last but not least, it is so important to drink lots and lots of water. Water has so many benefits when it comes to your body, in and out. I always use my Blender Bottle, for water and for mixing any pre or post workout shakes. Bringing a small snack along too, doesn’t hurt. I am currently obsessed with the Maple and Pumpkin Seeds bar by Kind. They are so delicious!
